PICKUP & DELIVERY POLICY

EcoLoop Laundry Co. provides eco-friendly laundry pickup and delivery service throughout the Poconos region.

Service Areas & Delivery Fees:

Zone 1 (Free Delivery): Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, ESU Campus

Zone 2 (+$10.00 Delivery Fee): Tannersville, Mount Pocono

Zone 3 (+$15.00 Delivery Fee): Saylorsburg, Tobyhanna, Effort

Pickup & Delivery Schedule:

We offer scheduled pickup and delivery Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Typical turnaround time is 24- hours depending on your service tier.

How It Works:

Place your order online and select your service tier

We'll confirm your pickup time within 24 hours via email

Leave your laundry in our reusable EcoLoop bag at your designated pickup location

We'll wash, dry, and fold your laundry using plant-based detergents

We'll deliver your clean laundry back to you within the turnaround time

Delivery Zones:

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location at checkout. If you're unsure which zone you're in, please contact us before placing your order.
